Which men's store has better shirts appropriate to wear on a typical date - Banana Republic or Armani Exchange?

I've seen Armani Exchange shirts, but at first glance they seemed more appropriate for a club or something rather than a typical date.|||If I must choose out of those 2 then BR would be my answer. Granted its more about the style and the look of the shirt than the particular brand.
